You must register with accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of unauthorized use.

Some features are billed on a subscription basis through a secure third-party payment processor.

• Billing: charged in advance on a recurring billing cycle.
• Cancellation: cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current cycle.
• Refunds: fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You agree not to misuse the service, including:

• Illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Reverse engineering or attempting to discover source code
• Automated scraping or abusive request volume
• Interfering with service integrity or performance

The service and its original content remain the property of IELTSpeak and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you generate in practice sessions and grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide and improve the service.

AI-generated scores and feedback

This is a practice tool, not an official test. Scores and feedback are estimates for preparation only. We do not guarantee they will match your official IELTS result.

As-is service

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTSpeak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be announced with at least 30 days’ notice when practical.
