How to Use AI Feedback for IELTS Speaking Practice
AI feedback is most useful when it helps you choose what to practise next. It should not be treated as an official result or a promise of a future exam score.

Treat an estimated band as a starting point
An estimate can reveal patterns over several sessions, especially when it is paired with criterion-level comments and your own recording. One attempt is rarely enough evidence to define your level.
Look for repeated feedback across attempts. A point that appears three times is a better practice priority than a single unusual comment.
Check the evidence behind the feedback
Useful feedback should point to something observable: an underdeveloped answer, repetitive vocabulary, unclear sentence structure, or a specific point in a transcript. If a suggestion is too broad, replay the relevant section and decide whether it fits.
Turn feedback into one next action
Convert a comment into a small drill. If your examples are vague, answer three questions using one concrete detail. If transitions are weak, practise linking a reason to an example.
Only an official test can issue an official band score. Use practice feedback to build skill and confidence, not to guarantee an outcome.
Key takeaway
Patterns over sessions matter more than one score. Convert each comment into a single next drill.
